Hello All,

My name is Ernest Morgan. At the end of 1999, I relocated to Oregon, Wisconsin (just south of Madison); I am now truly a virtual instructor. Presently, I am a web specialist and technical trainer with the Comprehensive Center - Region VI at the University of Wisconsin - Madison. In addition to this work, I teach economics and political science courses online for a number of different colleges: Athens Technical College, College of The Albemarle, Fayetteville Technical Community College, Haywood Community College, Southwestern Community College, and Vance-Granville Community College.

I have been married for the last thirteen years. I have two children, a son who is eleven and a daughter who is nine. I have lived a number of different places (North Carolina, Georgia, Kentucky, New York, Illinois, and Wisconsin), but I consider central North Carolina (Moore County) to be home. Previous to my employment with the Comprehensive Center - Region VI, I served on the full-time faculty of the College of The Albemarle and before that the full-time faculty of the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. I began my teaching career as a teaching assistant at University of Georgia. My specific area of research interest is the international political economy. I sincerely hope you all find this course to be a worthwhile experience.
